Said something about you needing to do something for him?" Your mother said, and you nodded. You put on your cap and headed out the door, and walked to the Professor Elm's Laboratory. When you open the door, Professor Elm greets you. "Mason, thanks for coming! Sorry for springing this on you, but I need you to get an intriguing egg from an acquaintance of mine. Are you up for it?" Professor Elm asks you, and you nod in return and begin to head out the door, before Professor Elm stops you. "Wait, it's dangerous to go alone. Take a partner Pokémon! Giovanni is secretly the leader of Team Rocket. Giovanni fights Pokemon Battles with the Pokemon Rhyhorn, Dugtrio, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, and Rhydon. Giovanni is a fearsome Pokemon trainer. Giovanni is the leader of the Viridian City Gym.

  • Suicune

    A water type legendary pokemon. There is only one Suicune, and it is found roaming Kanto and Johto. It looks like a large, light blue cat with a dogs head, a large crystal on its forehead, long magenta waves attached to the back of its head, and two white ribbon tails. It attacks by clawing, biting, causing freezing weather, and mostly shooting water at the enemy. It is weak to grass and electric. Suicune is very powerful.

    An electric type legendary pokemon. There is only one Raikou, and it is found roaming Kanto and Johto. It looks like a large, yellow saber-toothed cat with black stripes, a light blue zigzag tail, a black helmet, a light blue star pattern covering its nose, and a magenta cape. It attacks by biting, clawing, and mostly electrocuting the enemy. It is weak to ground. Raikou is very powerful.

    Pokerap is a pop song within Kanto. The song is well known, with lyrics about being the best or the names of Pokemon.
  • Saffron City Star

    The Saffron City Star is a street performer found in Saffron City. The Saffron City Star performs with their Pokemon, Jynx. The Saffron City Star takes song requests, but prefers to sing the Pokerap.
  • Kanto Champion, Kanto Pokemon Champion, Kanto Pokémon Champion

    A title given to a Trainer that manages to defeat all four members of the Kanto Elite Four without needing to go to a Pokemon Center inbetween battles. The title is extremely prestigious, as the holder of the title is considered the most powerful Pokemon Trainer in their continent. If a Trainer manages to defeat the Kanto Elite Four, and then defeat the Kanto Champion, then the Kanto Champion is replaced by the Trainer that beat them.
  • Volcano Badge

    A red, flame looking metal badge gotten from beating Blaine in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Lance

    Lance is the fourth and final member of the Kanto Elite Four. Lance is a man with spiky red hair, a red shirt, and a dark blue cape. Lance fights Pokemon Battles with a Gyrados, a Dragonair, another Dragonair, an Aerodactyl, and a Dragonite. Lance is an extremely powerful Pokemon Trainer.
  • Bruno

    Bruno is the second member of the Kanto Elite Four. Bruno is a shirtless man with long, dark gray hair and tattered white pants. Bruno fights Pokemon Battles with an Onix, a Hitmonchan, a Hitmonlee, another Onix, and a Machamp. Bruno is an extremely strong Pokemon Trainer.
  • Lorelei

    Lorelei is the first member of the Kanto Elite Four. Lorelei is a woman with red hair tied into a ponytail, glasses, a black suit, and high heels. Lorelei fights Pokemon Battles with a Dewgong, a Cloyster, a Slowbro, a Jynx, and a Lapras. Her Lapras has been with her since she was a child. Lorelei is an extremely powerful Trainer.
  • Kanto Elite Four

    A group of the four most powerful Pokemon Trainers in all of Kanto. The Kanto Elite Four is made up of Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha and Lance. The Kanto Elite Four can only be challenged once you have the Boulder Badge, Cascade Badge, Thunder Badge, Rainbow Badge, Soul Badge, Marsh Badge, Volcano Badge and Earth Badge.
  • Indigo Plateau

    A building that lies at the end of Victory Road. To enter Indigo Plateau you must have the Boulder Badge, Cascade Badge, Thunder Badge, Rainbow Badge, Soul Badge, Marsh Badge, Volcano Badge and Earth Badge. Once you enter the Indigo Plateau, you can not leave it until your Pokemon have all fainted, or you’ve beaten the Elite Four. Once you enter the Indigo Plateau, you are forced to fight the Elite Four.
  • Victory Road

    A long pathway with many powerful Trainers and Pokemon. Victory Road can only be travelled once you have the Boulder Badge, Cascade Badge, Thunder Badge, Rainbow Badge, Soul Badge, Marsh Badge, Volcano Badge and Earth Badge. The legendary bird Moltres lives somewhere on Victory Road. At the end of Victory Road lies Indigo Plateau.
  • Viridian Forest

    A large, thick forest neighbouring Viridian City. Many grass and bug type Pokemon live in Viridian Forest. There have been multiple Mew sightings in Viridian Forest.
  • Seafoam Islands

    Two islands made of ice that lie deep in dangerous waters. The Seafoam Islands are also where the legendsry bird Articuno can be found.
  • Power Plant, Abandoned Power Plant

    An abandoned, overgrown power plant, that also serves as the home of the legendary bird Zapdos.
  • Mt Moon, Mt. Moon, Mount Moon

    A large mountain, that is often hit by meteors. Mt Moon is also one of the only places Clefairy and Clefable appear in the wild.
  • Johto

    A continent brimming with wild pokemon. Johto borders Kanto, and travel between the two continents is common. Johto is plagued by the evil organization Team Rocket.
  • Diglett’s Cave, Digletts Cave

    A cavern dug by Diglett and Dugtrio. The cave is filled with Diglett and Dugtrio.
  • New Bark Town

    A small town within the continent of Johto. Buildings in New Bark Town have beige walls and green roofs. New Bark Town contains Proffessor Elm’s Lab.
  • Cherrygrove City

    A coastal city in the continent of Johto, which is covered in forest. Buildings in Cherrygrove City have beige walls and red roofs. Cherrygrove City contains a Pokemon Center and a Pokemart.
  • Fuchsia City

    A city in Kanto that is surrounded by a thick forest. Fuchsia City has a Pokemon Center, a Pokemart, the Fuchsia City Gym and the Safari Zone. The buildings in Fuchsia City have brown walls and pink roofs.
  • Rainbow Badge

    A metal badge that resembles a flower with multicolored petals. The only way to get the Rainbow Badge is by beating Erika in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Erika

    Erika is a woman with short black hair and a red dress covering a green long sleeved shirt. Erika is a Pokemon Trainer. Erika is the leader of Celadon City Gym. Erika is stoic and quiet. Beating Erika in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Rainbow Badge. Erika fights Pokemon Battles with a Victreebell, a Tangela, and a Vileplume.
  • Celadon City Gym

    A gray building with a brown roof in Celadon City. There are many Trainers in the Celadon City Gym, all of them using grass type Pokemon like Bulbasaur or Tangela. The Celadon City Gym is led by Erika, and defeating her in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Rainbow Badge.
  • Celadon Department Store

    A large, blue supermarket in Celadon City. Celadon Department Store is the largest shopping complex in all of Kanto. The Celadon Department Store sells masks and Trainer Supplies in exchange for Pokedollars.
  • Celadon Game Corner, Rocket Game Corner

    A purple building in Celadon City. Inside the building is an array of games which can award you with tokens, that can be exchanged for an Abra, Clefairly, Scyther, or a Porygon. There is a switch hidden behind a poster in the Celadon Game Corner, and flipping it reveals a large Team Rocket base.
  • Celadon City

    A city in Kanto that is surrounded by a thick forest. In Celadon City there is a Pokemon Center, the Celadon Game Corner, the Celadon Department Store, and the Celadon City Gym. The buildings in Celadon City have gray walls and green roofs.
  • Pokemon Tower, Pokémon Tower, Haunted Tower

    A large tower in Lavender Town. The inside of the tower is full of graves for dead Pokemon. The Pokemon Tower is haunted by the spirit of a Marowak, that died protecting her child from Team Rocket.
  • Lavender Town

    A town in Kanto with hills and mountains surrounding it. In Lavender Town, there is a Pokemon Center, a Pokemart, a Pokemon Adoption Center, and the Pokemon Tower. The buildings in Lavender Town have purple walls and purple roofs. Many ghost stories originate from Lavender Town, and many believe the Pokemon Tower is haunted by the spirits of dead Pokemon.
  • Safari Game

    A sport played in the Safari Zone. When a Trainer begins the game, they are given 30 Safari Balls. The Trainer must catch as many Pokemon as they can within half an hour with the 30 Safari Balls and without attacking any Pokemon.
  • Blaine

    Blaine is a bald man with goggles, a white moustache, and a white jacket. Blaine is a Pokemon Trainer. Blaine is the leader of the Cinnabar Island Gym. Blaine is one of the scientists that created Mewtwo. Beating Blaine in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Volcano Badge. Blaine fights Pokemon Battles with a Growlithe, a Ponyta, a Rapidash, and an Arcanine.
  • Pokemon Mansion, Pokémon Mansion

    An old, abandoned mansion on Cinnabar Island. The only place where you can catch Ditto all across Kanto. Preperation for Mewtwo being created was performed at the Pokemon Mansion.
  • Sprout Tower

    A purple pagoda within Violet City. Inside the Sprout Tower are multiple sages that work to live alongside Pokemon but despite the sages’ goal they are ready for a Pokemon Battle.
  • Violet City

    A city in the continent of Johto. Violet City is surrounded by forest. Buildings within Violet City have brown walls and purple roofs. Violet City contains a Pokemon Center, Pokemart, Sprout Tower, and the Violet City Gym.
  • Proffessor Elm’s Lab, Proffessor Elm’s Laboratory

    A building within New Bark Town that is dedicated to researching the mysteries of Pokemon. It is the workplace of Proffessor Elm. It is also where most new trainers of Johto recieve their starter pokemon.
  • Safari Zone

    A designated area next to Fuchsia City where Pokemon are not allowed to be harmed, and many rare Pokemon Species thrive, such as Kangaskhan and Scyther. When a Trainer enters the Safari Zone, the Safari Game begins.
  • Agatha

    Agatha is the third member of the Kanto Elite Four. Agatha is an old woman with graying blonde hair, with a dark purple dress and a black cane. She fights Pokemon Battles with a Gengar, a Golbat, a Haunter, an Arbok, and another Gengar. Agatha is an extremely powerful Pokemon Trainer.
  • Dunsparce

    A normal type pokemon species. It looks like a yellow snake with cyan stripes, a cyan face, and small white wings. It attacks by biting the enemy, or by choking them with its tail. It is weak to fighting.
  • Mankey

    A fighting type pokemon species. It looks like a light brown monkey with a pig snout and angry eyes. It attacks by punching and kicking. It is weak to psychic, flying and fairy. It evolves to Primeape once it defeats enough powerful opponents.
  • Golduck

    A water type pokemon species. The evolution of Psyduck. It looks like a blue, humanoid duck with a red dot on its forehead. It attacks using psychic powers. It is weak to grass and electric. Golduck is fairly powerful.
  • Psyduck

    A water type pokemon species. It looks like a two foot tall yellow duck with a constant headache. It attacks by giving its enemies headaches. It is weak to grass and electric. It evolves to Golduck once it defeats enough opponents. Psyduck is fairly weak.
  • Persian

    A normal type pokemon species. The evolution of Meowth. It looks like a light brown wildcat with a red dot on its forehead. It attacks by clawing and biting. It is weak to fighting. Persian is fairly powerful.
  • Abra

    A psychic type pokemon species. It looks like a hovering, smooth, yellow cat meditating while wearing a brown chestplate. It attacks with psychic abilities. It has the ability to teleport, which makes it difficult to catch. It is weak to dark, bug, and ghost. It evolves to Kadabra after defeating enough opponents. Abra is fairly weak.
  • Meowth

    A normal type pokemon species. It looks like a light brown, standing cat, with a coin on its forehead. It attacks by clawing and biting, or throwing coins. It is weak to fighting. Very rarely, a Meowth has the ability to speak. It evolves to Persian after defeating enough opponents. Meowth is fairly weak.
  • Golem

    A rock and ground type pokemon species. The evolution of Graveler. It looks like a bunch of large rocks clumped together into a ball, with a lizard looking head and limbs. It attacks by punching, throwing rocks and mud, or rolling into the enemy at high speeds. It can also self destruct to defend its trainer. It is weak to ground, steel, fighting, ice, water and grass. Golem is pretty strong.
  • Rapidash

    A fire type pokemon species. The evolution of Ponyta. It looks like a light yellow horse with fire for a mane and tail, and a small horn on the top of its head. It attacks by shooting fire or ramming into its enemy. It is weak to rock, ground and water. Rapidash is pretty strong.
  • Voltorb

    An electric type pokemon species. It looks like a sphere with eyes, the top half of the sphere being red and the bottom half being white. It attacks by zapping the enemy with lightning, or by rolling into the enemy. It can self destruct to defend its trainer. It is weak to ground. It evolves to Electrode once it defeats enough powerful opponents.
  • Kingler

    A water type pokemon species. The evolution of Krabby. It looks like a large orange crab with spikes in the shape of a crown, with one large claw. It attacks using its one large claw. It is weak to electric and grass. Kingler is pretty strong.
  • Krabby

    A water type pokemon species. It looks like an orange crab. It attacks with its claws. It is weak to electric and grass. It evolves to Kingler after defeating enough opponents. Krabby is fairly weak.
  • Hypno

    A psychic type pokemon species. The evolution of Drowzee. It looks like a bipedal, yellow, smooth pomeranian with a light brown mane and a pendulum. It doesn’t attack, but instead puts its enemies to sleep. It is weak to dark, bug and ghost. Hypno is great for putting the enemy to sleep.
  • Drowzee

    A psychic type pokemon species. It looks like a yellow, standing anteater with its waist and below being brown. It attacks by putting its enemies to sleep and eating their dreams. It is weak to dark, bug and ghost. It evolves to Hypno after defeating enough opponents. Drowzee is fairly weak.
  • Onix

    A rock and ground type pokemon species. It looks like a giant snake made of a string of giant rocks, with a stone horn sticking out of its head. It attacks by ramming into its enemy, or by whipping rock at the enemy. It is weak to ground, steel, fighting, ice, grass and water. Onix is fairly powerful.
  • Gengar

    A ghost and poison type pokemon species. The evolution of Haunter. It looks like a purple ball with a grinning face, stubby limbs and triangular ears. It attacks by manipulating shadows, or punching. It’s weak to ghost, psychic, dark and ground. Gengar is very powerful.
  • Primeape

    A fighting type pokemon species. The evolution of Mankey. It looks like a raging, large, light brown monkey with shackles on all four limbs. It attacks by punching and kicking. It is weak to psychic, flying and fairy. Primeape is very strong.
  • Lieutenant Surge, Lt Surge, Lt. Surge

    Lt Surge is a man with spiky blond hair, and a green military uniform. Lt Surge is a Pokemon Trainer. Lt Surge is the leader of the Vermilion City Gym. Lt Surge is an intense military veteran. Beating Lt Surge in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Thunder Badge. Lt Surge fights Pokemon Battles with a Voltorb, a Pikachu, and a Raichu.
  • Growlithe

    A fire type pokemon species. It looks like an orange and black dog. It attacks by biting and shooting fire at the enemy. It is weak to ground, water and rock. It evolves to Arcanine when exposed to a Fire Stone.
  • Poliwag

    A water type pokemon species. It looks like a blue sphere with a face, feet, a flat tail and a spiral pattern on its chest. It attacks by shooting water at the enemy. It is weak to grass and electric. It evolves to Poliwhirl once it defeats enough opponents.

  • Graveler

    A rock and ground type pokemon species. The evolution of Geodude. It looks like a boulder with a face and four arms, two of those arms clamped against its chest. It attacks by punching, throwing rocks and mud, or rolling into the enemy. It can also self destruct to defend its trainer. It is weak to ground, steel, fighting, ice, water and grass. It evolves to Golem when given to a new trainer.
  • Kadabra

    A psychic type pokemon species. The evolution of Abra. It looks like a four foot tall humanoid, yellow cat holding a spoon and wearing a brown chestplate. It attacks with a wide array of psychic abilities. It is weak to dark, bug, and ghost. It evolves to Alakazam once it is given to a new trainer. Kadabra is fairly powerful.
  • Poliwrath

    A water and fighting type pokemon species. The evolution of Poliwhirl. It looks like a large, angry blue orb with eyes, white gloved fists, blue shoes, and a spiral pattern on its chest. It attacks with punching and kicking. It is weak to psychic, flying, electric, fairy and grass. Poliwrath is very strong.
  • Poliwhirl

  • Fuchsia City Gym

    A gray building with a brown roof in Fuchsia City. Inside the building there are many Trainers, all of which using poison type Pokemon such as Koffing or Gastly. The Fuchsia City Gym is led by Koga, and defeating him in a Pokemon Battle will grant you the Soul Badge.
  • Cinnabar Island Gym

    A high tech building with white walls and an orange roof. The Cinnabar Island Gym can only be entered with a key found in the first floor of the Pokemon Mansion. To progress deeper into the Cinnabar Island Gym you must answer trivia questions about Pokemon, and defeat multiple fire type trainers that use Pokemon such as Charmander and Growlithe. Blaine is the leader of the Cinnabar Island Gym, and beating him in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Volcano Badge.
  • Koga

    Koga is a man with spiky black hair and purple ninja gear. Koga is a Pokemon Trainer. Koga is the leader of Fuchsia City Gym. Koga is a ninja. Beating Koga in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Soul Badge. Koga fights Pokemon Battles with two Koffing, a Muk, and a Weezing.
  • Plain Badge

    A badge that looks like a small, yellow square with a white outline. It can only be obtained by beating Whitney in a pokemon battle.
  • Whitney

    A pokemon trainer living in Goldenrod City. She is the leader of the Goldenrod City gym. She wears a white and red shirt with blue shorts, and she has pink eyes and medium length pink hair. She fights pokemon battles with a Clefairy and a Miltank. Beating Whitney in a pokemon battle grants you the Plain Badge.
  • Goldenrod City Gym

    A building in Goldenrod City. The Goldenrod City Gym has pink walls and a brown roof. Inside the building is a collection of pokemon trainers that specialize in normal type pokemon species, with Whitney leading those pokemon trainers.
  • Magnet Train

    An incredibly fast train that can be found in either the Goldenrod Magnet Train Station or the Saffron Magnet Train Station. The Magnet Train takes passengers from the Goldenrod Magnet Train Station to the Saffron Magnet Train Station, or vice versa.
  • Goldenrod Magnet Train Station

    A train station in Goldenrod City. Riding the Magnet Train inside of the Goldenrod Magnet Train Station serves as the best way to travel to Kanto from Johto, and vice versa.
  • Goldenrod Department Store

    a tall, orange building in Goldenrod City. The Goldenrod Department Store sells trainer supplies, costumes, trinkets, food, and more. Goldenrod Department Store is the biggest shop in all of Johto.
  • Pokeathlon, Pokéathlon

    A sport for pokemon. There can be three pokemon on a singular team, and that team will go through a series of events like a race, sumo wrestling, a snowball fight, a relay race, and more.
  • Pokeathlon Dome, Pokéathlon Dome

    A large, blue, sports arena in Goldenrod City. It is the area where the Pokeathlon takes place.
  • Broadcast Scheme

    One of the villainous plans orchestrated by Team Rocket. The Broadcast Scheme is a plan where Team Rocket Grunts hijack the Goldenrod Radio Tower, and send out a broadcast to their missing leader, Giovanni.
  • Goldenrod Radio Tower

    A building in Goldenrod City. It is a large radio tower, capable of broadcasting to all of Johto. Goldenrod Radio Tower will soon be subjected to the Broadcast Scheme.
  • Goldenrod City

    A large metropolis in the continent of Johto. Buildings in Goldenrod City have beige walls and grey roofs. Goldenrod City contains a pokemon center, a bike shop, the Goldenrod Radio Tower, the Pokeathlon Dome, the Goldenrod Department Store, the Goldenrod Magnet Train Station, and the Goldenrod City Gym.
  • Hive Badge

    A small, metal, red badge with three black dots on it. You can only get the Hive Badge by beating Bugsy in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Bugsy

    Bugsy is a pokemon trainer in Azalea Town. Bugsy wears green shorts, a green shirt, and he has medium length lavender hair. Bugsy fights Pokemon Battles with a Metapod, a Kakuna, and a Scyther. Defeating Bugsy in a pokemon battle grants you the Hive Badge.
  • Azalea Town Gym

    A brown building in Azalea Town. Within the Azalea Town Gym there are multiple Pokemon trainers that specialize in bug types in the gym, and the trainers are led by Bugsy.
  • Slowpoke Well

    A well in Azalea Town that serves as an entrance to a large cavern filled with Slowpoke. Team Rocket Grunts have been chopping off the tails of Slowpoke inside the well, and then selling the tails. The vile acts of the Team Rocket Grunts must be stopped.
  • Ecruteak City

    A city within the Johto continent. The buildings in Ecruteak City have purple walls and brown roofs. Ecruteak City contains a pokemart, pokemon center, the Tin Tower, the Burned Tower, and the Ecruteak City Gym.
  • Olivine City

    A coastal city within the continent of Johto. The buildings in Olivine City have beige walls and green roofs. Olivine City has a pokemon center, a pokemart, the Glitter Lighthouse, a port, and the Olivine City Gym. The port in Olivine City can be used to get a ride to Kanto.
  • Tin Tower, Bell Tower

    A large, grey pagoda in Ecruteak City. Holding up the Rainbow Wing in the Tin Tower summons Ho-Oh.
  • Ecruteak City Gym

    A building in Ecruteak City. Ecruteak City Gym has purple walls and a brown roof. Within Ecruteak City Gym is a collection of pokemon trainers that specialize in ghost type pokemon species, and those pokémon trainers are led by Morty.
  • Blissey

    A normal type pokemon species. The evolution of Chansey. It looks like a large pink ball with a small face, stubby limbs, and an egg pouch with an egg inside. The bottom half of a Blissey is white, and small sets of wings hang off of its waist and the back of arms. Members of this pokemon species are always female. Blissey doesn’t attack often, but when it does it uses body slamming. It is weak to fighting. Blissey is very strong, and great for healing or absorbing damage.
  • Miltank

    A normal type pokemon species. It looks like a bipedal pink cow with black ears, black hooves, and a pattern that looks like a black hood. Members of this pokemon species are always female, and can all be milked. It attacks by body slamming the enemy. It is weak to fighting.
  • Magby

    A fire type pokemon species. It looks like a bipedal red lizard with a yellow chest, yellow beak, and red balls on top of its head. It attacks by shooting smoke and fire at the enemy. It is weak to ground, water and rock. It evolves to Magmar once a good amount of time has passed. Magby is weak.
  • Elekid

    An electric type pokemon species. It looks like a yellow ball with a face, striped arms, feet, a black lightning emblem on its chest, and two prongs sticking out on top of the ball. It attacks by shocking the enemy with electricity. It is weak to ground. It evolves to Electabuzz once a good amount of time has passed. Elekid is weak.
  • Smoochum

    An ice and psychic type pokemon species. It looks like a small pink humanoid with beige feet, beige arms, beige chest, and a blonde wig. Members of this pokemon species are always female. It attacks with weak melee blows. It is weak to rock, dark, fire, steel, bug, and ghost. It evolves to Jynx once a long time has passed. Smoochum is weak.
  • Hitmontop

    A fighting type pokemon species. Members of this pokemon species are always male. One of the evolutions of Tyrogue. It looks like a brown humanoid with a cone shaped helmet, three legs, blue shorts, and blue feet. Hitmontop can, and often does spin around on its head. It attacks by spinning into the enemy, or by punching and kicking. It is weak to psychic, flying and fairy. Hitmontop is fairly strong.
  • Tyrogue

    A fighting type pokemon species. Members of this pokemon species are always male. It looks like a pale purple humanoid with brown shorts, brown shoes, and three pale purple spikes. It attacks by punching and kicking. It is weak to psychic, flying, and fairy. It evolves to Hitmonlee if it favours offence, it evolves to Hitmonchan if it favours defence, and it evolves to Hitmontop if it is a balanced fighter. Tyrogue is fairly weak.
  • Smeargle

    A normal type pokemon species. It looks like a bipedal beagle with a white beret and a long tail with a paintbrush at the end. The favoured pokemon species among artists. When it is born it can not attack, instead it permanently learns an attack from an opponent it faces. It is weak to fighting.
  • Stantler

    A normal type pokemon species. It looks like a brown reindeer with a large brown ball on its rear, and yellow antlers in a circular pattern. It attacks by kicking or impaling the enemy with its antlers. It is weak to fighting.
  • Entei

    A fire type legendary pokemon. There is only one Entei, and it is found roaming Kanto and Johto. It looks like a large brown dog with grey spikes in a wing like position on its back, grey fangs, yellow hair on its forehead, red spikes coming out of the side of the fangs, and smoke going down its back. Entei attacks by stomping, biting, clawing, and mostly burning the enemy. Entei is weak to rock, ground, and water. Entei is very strong.
  • Johto Battle Frontier

    A resort in Johto where powerful pokemon trainers can face each other in pokemon battles.
  • Vermilion City Gym

    A building in Vermilion City with gray walls, a brown foundation, and a brown roof. The building is full of trainers that use electric type Pokemon, like Pikachu or Magnemite. The Vermilion City Gym is led by Lieutenant Surge, and defeating Lieutenant Surge in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Thunder Badge. To challenge Lt Surge you must find two hidden switches, that are usually guarded by a Pokemon Trainer.
  • Thunder Badge

    A yellow metal badge that slightly resembles the sun. The Thunder Badge can only be gotten by beating Lt Surge in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Fog Badge

    A small, purple badge shaped like a circle with two white ovals that resemble eyes. You can only get the Fog Badge by beating Morty in a pokemon battle.
  • Morty

    Morty is a pokemon trainer living in Ecruteak City. He has white pants, a black shirt, a purple scarf, a purple headband, and short blonde hair. Morty fights pokemon battles with a Gastly, a Haunter, a Gengar, and another Haunter. Beating Morty in a pokemon battle grants you the Fog Badge.
  • Burned Tower

    A burned down tower that was once as tall as the Tin Tower.
  • Glitter Lighthouse

    A lighthouse within Olivine City. The light from the Glitter Lighthouse is emitted from an Ampharos.
  • Olivine City Gym

    A building in Olivine City. The building has light grey walls and a brown roof. Inside the Olivine City Gym is no one, other than the pokemon trainer Jasmine.
  • Jasmine

    Jasmine is a pokemon trainer living in Olivine City, and the leader of the Olivine City Gym. She is a girl with a light blue dress with white sleeves, long light brown hair. She fights pokemon battles with a Magnemite, another Magnemite, and a Steelix. Beating Jasmine in a pokemon battle grants you the Mineral Badge.
  • Cianwood City

    A city within the continent of Johto. Cianwood City is within an enclosed cove, and can only be accessed by the ocean. The buildings in Cianwood City have dark grey walls and blue roofs. Cianwood City has a pokemon center and the Cianwood City Gym.
  • Mineral Badge

    A small metal badge that looks like a reflective, grey octogon. You can only get the Mineral Badge by beating Jasmine in a pokemon battle.
  • Dragon’s Den

    A cave within Blackthorn City. Dragon’s Den is full of pokemon trainers that specialize in dragon type pokemon species.
  • Zephyr Badge

    A small, grey metal badge in the shape of a U. You can only get the Zephyr Badge if you beat Falkner in a battle.
  • Falkner

    Falkner is a Pokemon Trainer in Violet City. Falkner is the leader of the Violet City Gym. Falkner wears blue clothes, and he has medium length blue hair that covers one eye. Falkner fights Pokemon Battles with a Pidgey and a Pidgeotto. Defeating Falkner in a pokemon battle grants you the Zephyr Badge.
  • Violet City Gym

    A building in Violet City with light blue walls and a brown roof. Violet City Gym contains multiple Pokemon Trainers that specialize in flying pokemon, led by Falkner.
  • Cinnabar Island

    A sandy island in Kanto with a large volcano. This island has no buildings but the Cinnabar Island Gym, the Cinnabar Island Lab, and the Pokemon Mansion. There is a strange rumor about something called the Static of Cinnabar Island residing on the east coast of Cinnabar Island.
  • Marsh Badge

    A metal, yellow, circular badge, only obtainable by beating Sabrina in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Sabrina

    Sabrina is a woman with long black hair and red and black shirt and pants. Sabrina is a Pokemon Trainer. Sabrina is the leader of the Saffron City Gym. Sabrina has telekinetic abilities. Beating Sabrina in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Marsh Badge. Sabrina fights Pokemon Battles with a Kadabra, a Mr Mime, a Venomoth and an Alakazam.
  • Saffron City Gym

    A gray building with a brown roof in Saffron City. Inside the building there are many Trainers that use psychic type Pokemon, like Kadabra or Drowzee. The Saffron City Gym is led by Sabrina, and defeating her in a Pokemon Battle grants you the Marsh Badge. Inside the Saffron City Gym there are teleporters that teleport you randomly inside the Saffron City Gym, making it difficult to actually navigate to Sabrina.
  • Pokémon Trainer Fan Club, Pokemon Trainer Fan Club

    A house in Saffron City, next to the Pokemart. Inside the Pokemon Trainer Fan Club there are people who talk about multiple different Pokemon Trainers, like Misty or Koga. The members of the Pokemon Trainer Fan Club will probably become a fan of any Trainer that becomes the Pokemon Champion.
  • Fighting Dojo

    A house in Saffron City with gray walls and a brown roof. In the house are five trainers with fighting type Pokemon, like Hitmonlee or Machamp. After defeating all five Trainers, you get either Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan.
  • Silph Co HQ, Silph Company HQ, Silph Co Headquarters, Silph Company Headquarters

    An eleven foot tall futuristic skyscraper found in Saffron City. The building has warp panels that take you throughout it, and the buildings layout is very mazelike. The Master Ball is kept in Silph Co HQ. Many scientists work at Silph Co HQ.
  • Saffron City

    A metropolis in Kanto surrounded by a thin forest. Saffron City has a Pokemon Center, a Pokemart, the Silph Co Headquarters, the Fighting Dojo, the Pokemon Trainer Fan Club, and the Saffron City Gym. The buildings in Saffron City have yellow walls, many windows and green roofs.
  • Soul Badge

    A pink, heart shaped metal badge, gotten by beating Koga in a Pokemon Battle.
  • Chuck

    A pokemon trainer in Cianwood City. He is a man with tattered red shorts, short brown hair, and a moustache. He fights pokemon battles with a Primeape and a Poliwrath. Beating Chuck in a pokemon battle grants you the Storm Badge.
  • Storm Badge

    A metal badge that looks like a bronze fist. It can only be obtained by defeating Chuck in a pokemon battle.
  • Mahogany Town

    A small town within the continent of Johto. The buildings within Mahogany Town have beige walls and red roofs. Mahogany Town has a pokemon center, a store that serves as a front for Team Rocket, and the Mahogany Town Gym.
  • Lake of Rage

    A lake within Johto. Inside the Lake of Rage lives a Gyrados that is red instead of blue.
  • Mt. Mortar, Mount Mortar

    A large cavern within Johto, that is full of pokemon and pokemon trainers alike.
  • Johto Safari Zone

    A place in Johto where pokemon can not be harmed, and must be caught without battling and only by using Safari Balls.
  • Whirl Islands

    Four islands within Johto that are surrounded by whirlpools. Holding up the Silver Wing while standing on the Whirl Islands summons Lugia.
  • Johto National Park

    A large park within Johto. Bug catching contests are held in the Johto National Park, where participants must catch as many bug type pokemon as they can before the time runs out.
  • Ilex Shrine

    A small shrine within Ilex Forest. If the GS Ball is set upon the Ilex Shrine, Celebi will appear.
  • Ilex Forest

    A thick forest within the continent of Johto. Ilex Forest is brimming with pokemon. Ilex Forest is home to the Ilex Shrine.
  • Gastly

    A ghost and poison type pokemon species. It looks like a black orb with a scary face, which is cloaked in purple gas. It attacks by using various spells and hexes. It is weak to ghost, psychic, dark and ground. It evolves to Haunter once it defeats enough opponents. Gastly is fairly weak.
  • Ruins of Alph

    An ancient, ruined building in Johto with four slide puzzles inside of it. The four slide puzzles each resemble a certain pokemon, and identifying that pokemon will cause Unown to appear around the Ruins of Alph.
  • Clair

    Clair is a pokemon trainer within Blackthorn City. Clair is a woman with light blue boots, a light blue jumper, a black cape, and light blue hair in a long ponytail. Clair is the leader of Blackthorn City Gym. Clair fights pokemon battles with a Dragonair, another Dragonair, yet another Dragonair, and a Kingdra. Beating Clair in a pokemon battle grants you the Rising Badge.
  • Azalea Town

    A small town in the continent of Johto. The buildings in Azalea Town have brown walls and brown roofs. Azalea Town contains a Pokemon Center, Pokemart, a charcoal kiln, the Slowpoke Well, and the Azalea Town Gym. The people of Azalea Town hold Slowpoke in high regard.
  • Blackthorn City Gym

    A building within Blackthorn City. The Blackthorn City Gym has dark purple walls and a brown roof. Inside Blackthorn City Gym is a collection of pokemon trainers that specialize in dragon type pokemon species, and those trainers are led by Clair.
  • Blackthorn City

    A city within the continent of Johto. Blackthorn City is surrounded by mountains. Buildings in Blackthorn City have brown walls and beige roofs. Blackthorn City contains a pokemart, a pokemon center, the Dragon’s Den, and the Blackthorn City Gym.
  • Glacier Badge

    A small, metal badge that looks like a cyan hexagon with six white triangles in the center. You can only get the Glacier Badge by beating Pryce in a pokemon battle.
  • Pryce

    Pryce is a pokemon trainer within Mahogany Town. Pryce is a man with brown shoes, beige pants, a blue pea coat, a white scarf, a light blue walking stick, and white hair. Pryce is the leader of the Mahogany Town Gym. Pryce fights pokemon battles with a Seel, a Dewgong, and a Piloswine. Beating Pryce in a pokemon battle grants you the Glacier Badge.
  • Mahogany Town Gym

    A building within Mahogany Town. The Mahogany Town Gym has blue walls and a brown roof. Inside the Mahogany Town Gym is a collection of pokemon trainers that specialize in ice type pokemon species, and those trainers are led by Pryce. The interior of the Mahogany Town Gym is difficult to walk in, as the floor is made of slippery ice.
  • Rising Badge

    A small, metal badge that looks like a silhouette of a dragons head. You can only get the Rising Badge by beating Clair in a pokemon battle.
