The Judge is a cat who speaks in a verbose and formal manner. He lost his brother, Valerie, as the Batter killed Valerie whilst trying to kill the guardian of Zone 2, Japhet.
He lives in Zone 0, but there are Zones 1-3. Zone 0's unpopulated aside from him and Zacharie.
Each Zone has a Guardian, who if killed, the zone will lose color, and the denizens die.
The Batter killed the guardians of zones 1-3, causing all to die with only 3 survivors. Him, Zacharie and You.
