It had been ten days since Koby had arrived at the Wall.
As soon as Koby got out of the long robes and pulled into tighter clothes, he got suspicious looks from other men because of his body. Some even smiled at him, and he could almost read the thoughts of the bastards.
Koby met Bowden, the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch, and in the early days he took him with his other new brothers to take an oath under a dam in the Haunted Forest. Later, Koby was assigned as a watcher, and would stand on the wall to guard it.
