You sigh as you close the door, relieved to finally be home. Taking off your coat and hanging it up, you lean against the front door in contemplation. The swirling thoughts in your head are distracting, you can not help but play out the events from earlier over and over again in your mind. You shake your head in both disappointment and in a attempt to dispel the thoughts, to no avail.

The day had been going so well, the both of you seemed to be connecting and having fun on your first date together. With a deep breath filling your lungs with air, you finally manage to expel the memory of tonight's failed date. There is a silver lining to all this at least, this was only the first date with that person. You are glad this happened so early; you are definitely let down by the turn of events, but at least you did not have time to become too invested. Vowing to remove the dating app from your phone, you throw your keys onto the counter and head down the hall to enter your room. Now sounds like a good time to just lay down in bed, clear your mind, and just relax for a spell.

You absentmindedly leave your bedroom door ajar, slipping out of your shoes and tossing your coat onto the bed corner. Its your Sylveon, standing there looking adorable as usual. You sit up slowly, letting your arm fall away from your face as you take in the sight of your little Pokemon. "Hey there," you greet her quietly as you stretch your arms downwards to invite her towards you.
