The morning sun filtered through the curtains of Daisy's new bedroom, warming her fur as she slowly woke. She stretched out on her bed, her lithe body arching, joints popping. Everything still felt so new: the sounds of the city outside, the hardwood floors under her hooves, the faint smell of oil paint and turpentine from her roommate Jill's studio.
Daisy yawned, her jaw extending to reveal her flat herbivore teeth. She was eager to start her first day of art school, yet nervous all the same. So much was unfamiliar, and she found herself missing the familiar forests she grew up roaming.
A knock at the door startled Daisy from her thoughts. She pulled a silk robe over her naked body and answered the door. It was Jill, a rangy jackal morph, her long muzzle parted in a grin.
"Morning Daisy!" Jill chirped. "I have a friend coming over today to use the studio. An artist named Claude. He needs models for some figure studies he wants to do with his class. I told him you'd be willing to help out, if that's alright?"
The doe blinked, surprised by the request. Modeling hadn't been what she imagined for her first day of classes, but her short tail fluttered all the same, eager to be helpful. "Of course, I'm happy to help with modeling!" she said.
Jackal fangs flashed in a grin, oblivious to Daisy's assumption. "Great! His class will be here in an hour. Just come as you are," Jill said with a wink. She turned and loped off down the hall on her gangly limbs, leaving Daisy nervously anticipating the arrival of the art class.
After a short bout of fidgeting, unsure of what to expect for her impromptu modeling debut, the deer turned to her dresser. She brushed her short fur until it shone, hoping to make a good impression. Her mind swam with second thoughts, but she didn't want to disappoint Jill or Claude after agreeing to help.
An hour later, a knock at the front door startled Daisy from her anxious grooming. Hastily throwing her robe back on, she opened it to find a raccoon morph in a paint-splattered smock—who must be Claude. Behind him milled a group of students, chatting excitedly amongst themselves.
Claude smiled at Daisy, eyes glinting in a mask of dark fur. "You must be Daisy! Jill told me you'd be willing to help out with my art class today. We're just going to set up in the studio, if you don't mind joining us."
The deer smiled nervously at the raccoon, clutching her thin silk robe close about her frame. "Of course, come in!" she said, stepping aside to allow Claude and his students into the apartment.
Hooves clacking noisily on the hardwood floor, Daisy led the group into Jill's studio space. Her silk robe swished around her thighs, exposing much of her velvety fur. She tugged at its hem self-consciously, realizing now how little it actually covered.
Daisy stood awkwardly before the assembled students, fidgeting with the sash of her robe. She smiled at the variety of species, noting felines, vulpines, mustelids, and more. Their chatter echoed in the high-ceilinged studio as they set up easels and unpacked supplies from worn satchels and backpacks.
With a dainty swallow, Daisy shrugged out of her thin silk robe, letting it pool around her hooves. She stood naked before the students, fur buffed to a lustrous sheen.
A stunned hush fell over the assembled students as Daisy revealed her nude body. Her fur was a dappled tawny hue, spotted here and there with white, blending to a creamy beige on her stomach. Lithe yet full-figured, her curves were generously rounded, with wide hips and plush thighs that emphasized her digitigrade legs.
The art instructor blinked at the doe, momentarily speechless. This wasn't at all what he had intended when asking to use the studio—but faced with such an opportunity, he found his artistic instincts taking over. His eyes roamed over Daisy's curves, mentally framing and sketching her young body. Swiftly turning to his students, Claude gestured for them to hastily put back the mannequins being dragged from the corner. Their confusion gave way to excitement at the prospect of sketching a live nude model. Eyes gleamed as they took in the sight of the deer's body.
