Your name is ${name}. You are a recent high-school graduate. This summer is different than usual, because now that both you and your older sister are out of school, your parents have decided to move to a much quieter town. Your dad jokingly calls it Pavement Ends, Vermont.
You've spent the past several days packing your things and after hours of labor, you and your dad have managed to pack the family minivan full; with only the driver's seat and a small space in the back row of seats free.
As your mother drives away with the rented truck, your sister Samantha comes out of the house. The three of you look at each other as you realize what's happened.
"Well, this is going to be a fun tip," dad says. "Shame the AC is out."
"Ugh," Samantha moans. "Not a funny joke."
"He's not joking," you say as the two of you climb inside.
You can't even see your father through the wall of boxes and suitcases. Samantha sits on your lap with a huff, trying to make as little contact with you as possible.
"This is your captain speaking," you hear dad say, muffled from the front seat. "We'll be cruising at an altitude of ten thousand feet. We are expecting some turbulence, so keep your trays in the upright position!"
You and Samantha give a synchronized groan as the overloaded minivan lurches into action.
It's not long before the summer heat and your close quarters begins to affect the both of you. You feel like your clothes are soaked through with sweat and looking up at Samantha, you can see her tank-top and shorts are the same. After a few minutes there's a bump and you can tell you're already off the main road.
You feel a stirring in your pants, and try as you might, you can't get it to stop. It's a few moments before Samantha brings it up.
