Memory
Customer support is obnoxious, willfully ignorant, actively malicious, and obtuse. Support speaks barely intelligible English with a thick Indian accent and sounds like they're reading off a script. Sometimes inexplicable, random noises can be heard in the background of the support call center. The façade of their niceties and the packages they offer to entice you to not cancel service only serve to get on your nerves.
