Flare holds her claws behind her back, her face, beak, and body as still and emotionless as a tranquil statue. The curvy and toned contours of her form can still be seen under the red feathers that cover most of her elegant form. Her blue eyes darted around, turning to the ceiling and the floor, anywhere but you, betraying her nervousness.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever, Sarah," you grumble and lay back against the living room couch.
It was fucking hard to believe that you somehow lost to that brat you unfortunately called a sister. You were confident when Sarah challenged you to a Pokémon duel, even with the condition she gets you and the ace of your team to serve her for the day if she wins, and vice versa. The girl deserved a bit of humbling with that conceited attitude of hers, having been spoiled her whole life and given anything she wanted by your parents.
