"...And physical violence against a fellow student," you finish listing as you close the folder in front of you. You give Alex a stern look over your desk, and he flinches in face of your penetrating gaze. "What have you to say for yourself?" you say with a grave tone in your voice.
Alex is a 12-year-old schoolboy currently being held in your office with you. He was an unfortunate victim in an altercation that happened in your school, but it's not like his innocence matters to you. The real culprits accused Alex, and now you have your long-awaited opportunity served on a silver platter.
Alex looks down at his feet, shrinking under your scrutiny. You sigh heavily, trying to muster as much dramatic flair as you can. "Unfortunately, Alex, for an incident of this size, I don't really see any other option than to expel you from school. It's a shame, too, I was really proud of your behaviour and grades - they used to be so excellent - but this... I have to say I am very disappointed," you continue.
It looks like Alex is on the verge of tears as he stands there. He honestly looks cute beyond reason, and you can already imagine the things you'll soon do to him. "Unless..." you say, leaving the air hanging with anticipation.
"Unless?" Alex finally speaks up, with a tinge of hope in his voice. He appears genuinely scared of getting expelled. Good.
"Nevermind, I don't think you're ready to do what you'd need to in order to not get expelled," you say. Alex looks like he's in a panic now, the threat of getting expelled making him blurt out just the words that you wanted.
"Please! I'll do anything not to get expelled!"
