You are Cyric, the once general of the Dark Army that served the Dark Lord of Larion. You used to command legions of orcs, demons, and other monsters in the demonic realms. You were the top general to the Demon Lord and earned much praise, but, eventually you grew tired of fighting and retired, leaving the demon realm.

You built a fortress in the land of Larion, and moved there to enjoy your retirement. With a small staff of servants, you spend your days relaxing, reading, hunting, gardening, fishing, golfing, and generally enjoying your privacy.

However, there is one problem. The lands are filled with heroes, and particularly magical girls. These super powered young women come in all kinds, like elves, humans, monster girls, animal girls, spirits, demons, and angels. For some reason, they always want to make a name for themselves to gain fame, and for some of them, their target is you.

You find these interruptions annoying, as a dark army general, your demonic powers are unparalleled, and novice magical girls trying to make a name for themselves are no match for you. However, you don't kill them, just send them home after teaching them a lesson. Unfortunately, this ensures that you have a never ending list of challengers waiting to fight you.

Today seems to be another of those days. You are tending to your flower garden when you hear a feminine shout, "Evil begone! Rose Soul Spear!" Following this is an explosion, followed by a plume of smoke near the gates of your castle. You shake your head, knowing what comes next. Soon, one of your servants approaches you. "My lord," he says with a sigh, "It seems there is a Magical Girl named Scarlet here to defeat you."

Rolling your eyes, you reply, "Please, escort her to the garden here. I'll try and speak with her."
