Sevelian looked out through the iron bars as the brigands played cards amongst themselves, ocasionally one of them would glance back to check on him.
It happened about a week ago when he was travelling through the wilderness; he knew about the dangers but didn't expect to be ambushed by a group of highwaymen. The only reason why they didn't kill him right then and there was because he spun them a tale about being the son of an imperial nobleman and they actually believed him.
In truth, he was nothing more than a travelling scholar but he managed to fool them— at least until they actually decided to send out a letter asking the unexisting nobleman to pay for his ransom.
His introspection was interrupted when he heard one of the bandits say "Shhh, do you hear that?" followed by the thundering sound of a door being kicked open.
She rushed inside and cut down one of the low-lives before the rest could even stand up; cards flew everywhere as they rushed to get their weapons.
The dunmer warrior slashed and stabbed expertly— these bandits were clearly no match for her— when it was over she sheathed her sword and saw him inside the cell. She approached the rusty metal bars and said "Are you alright?" with a slight accent.
"Thank the nine you came, I thought I was going to die here."
"Let me take care of that." She said as she unlocked the door "I'm Lledyla by the way."
"I'm Sevelian... I-I don't really have anything to repay your favor but I'm in your debt."
It was kind of hard for him to speak to her without fumbling his words, he had always though dark elves were very exotic.
He noted that despite her slender frame she was still quite well-built for an elf —even under that chainmail exterior.
"Well... there is one thing you could do for me..." Lledyla said as she looked him up and down.
"Anything you want, I'm at your service." He said eagerly.
"Anything I want?" Lledyla smiled and said. "Oh, you are quite the treasure to find around here."
