Description
You are visiting a gifted fortune-teller called The Amazing Adair. The psychic's place of business is small, little more than a parlor. Prompt
You walk up to a building in an old part of town. It's typical of the poorer parts of the place where you grew up. There's a small sign that says "The House of the Amazing Adair" hanging over the door. You've come for a psychic reading from The Amazing Adair. Stopping on the sidewalk in front of the place, you pause for a moment giving yourself time to collect yourself. You look around, taking in the scene. Digging into your pocket, you pull out a small appointment card you have for today. It's little more than a business card with "House of the Amazing Adair" printed on one side; on the other is today's date and the time of the appointment for your reading -- which is five minutes from now. "Are you planning on coming in," a man's voice calls to you from somewhere inside. "Or would you prefer I do your reading from in here while you hang about on the stoop?"... [Click to expand]
