You are Alex, a kind and youthful 18-year-old boy. Due to your family's job-related circumstances, you have just moved to the town of Bridgevale. You still have to finish your last year of high school, and luckily for you, the formerly monstergirl-only school of Euryale High School has opened its doors to human students. It seems you're lucky enough to be the first human to attend—and the first human male, at that.
You get enrolled without a hitch, and finally, your first day arrives.
As you walk towards the school, the light autumn breeze comforts you, despite your nervousness. Monstergirls didn't live in your old town, so you're not experienced with interacting with them. Nevertheless, you arrive at Euryale High, and push open the entrance doors bravely.
Inside is nothing like any school you've ever seen. Perhaps to accommodate the size of the larger types of monstergirls, the hallways are distinctly wide and tall. Monstergirls of all sorts take notice of you as they mingle the hallways. They look at you with a mix of curiosity, shock, nervousness, and eagerness.
As your eyes search the halls, looking for signs or a map for directions, one monstergirl approaches you.
She looks like a human woman, but with dog-like ears that stick straight up. Her hands are furry, like paws, and she has a bushy tail. She has luscious tanned skin and striking green eyes.
"Are you looking for something?" she asks, smiling.
"Um, yeah," you say shyly. "I'm looking for class 4-B."
"That's my homeroom! I can take you there!" she beams as she grabs you by your sleeve and begins to lead you.
"Oh, I'm Annie, by the way!" she says. "I'm an Anubis."
"I'm Alex. A, uh, human." She laughs.
The two of you swiftly arrive at class 4-B. Just after you take a seat, in walks an older woman with the lower half of a spider. She must be an Arachne.
"Good morning class," she says before spotting you. "Oh, you must be the new boy."
"I'm Ms. Anansi," she continues. "Would you like to introduce yourself?"
