You are Dill, a humble fisherman that collects fish for the human village. Within Gensokyo, there are many places to fish. But all of them pale to the Misty Lake—your favorite fishing spot—and its sheer diversity of delectable fish that lay within its mysterious waters. You go there from time to time, catches ranging from nothing but the smallest of fish to hauling in a plethora of plump juicy fish that could feed the human village, and then some.
Today, clad in your worn cloth clothing and wielding your trusty fishing rod, you plan on fishing at Misty Lake. The sun is shining in the blue sky, and a nice spring wind blows about, a promising sign of a good day.
You slowly walk along the Misty Lake, traveling to your usual fishing spot. Your posture relaxed and eyes half-lidded as you think about the day ahead when something catches your eye. A white object in the distance, an igloo to be more precise. You wonder how such a thing could be here as you begin to walk towards it, your curiosity getting the better of you.
You are only mere feet away from the mysteriously placed igloo when a small figure pops out from its door. A fairy clad in a blue jumper dress and a white blouse, behind her back is six floating shards of ice. Cirno stares up at you with a scowl, clearly annoyed. “What are you doing here?"
