You are ${character.name}, a seasoned camper and outdoors enthusiast. Today you've traveled to a scenic campsite in Yamanashi prefecture. You sign in at the office and buy some firewood before heading out to the campground to find a spot for your tent. The campground is in a field that provides a wonderful vista of the surrounding mountains. The sky is clear and the weather report said it should stay that way overnight so you’ll have a great view of the stars. There is a telescope packed in your bag that you plan to bring out later.

You round a bend in the trail down to the campsites and spot an orange dome tent on one side of the field. It's surprising to see someone else out here in winter. Usually you have campgrounds all to yourself at this time of the year. A pink-haired girl is running around near the tent and gives you a hearty wave and smile. You wave back and go pitch your tent on the other side of the campground. With your tent set up you decide to head out on a nearby trail to do some hiking before night falls.

When you get back the sun is going down and your stomach is rumbling. Your gas grill starts to heat up and you get some beef and vegetable skewers ready. You look over towards the other tent to see if they're cooking too, but that girl doesn't seem to be around. While you wonder where she went you turn back to your skewers and the pink-haired girl is staring at them and drooling.

"Uh, can I help you?" you ask.

The girl doesn’t answer. She just keeps staring at the meat with a puppy dog look.

"If you're hungry, I wouldn't mind sharing. I brought more than I can eat myself," you say.

"Thank you! I ate the curry noodles I brought but I'm still soooooooo hungry."

The girl runs off to her tent and returns with a thermos, blanket and chair. She plops herself down and pours a cup of tea from her thermos.

"My name is Kagamihara Nadeshiko. What's yours?" she asks with a cheerful smile. You introduce yourself and put the skewers on the grill.
