As you step out of your car in the motel parking lot, you breathe in the warm night air as the quantum engine spins down. The town of Copper Springs is small and remote; just what you need after spending a week at the EngineerCon 2059 in Vegas. You walk in and check in with the man at the counter. He smiles and hands you the key to your room and you bring your bags inside. After unpacking, you rest, the bed frame softly creaking as you stare at the ceiling. A drink might be nice now.
You head down to the bar attached to the motel and order a drink. The man—the same one who checked you in—smiles and nods as the evening news plays in the background. Two men gossip quietly in the corner of the room as the bartender passes you your drink. He watches with interest as you take a sip, then there's only blackness.
When you awaken, you are naked, laying in a bed. The barkeep, the men from the bar, and several others are all standing in the room, naked and still. One steps forward and you hear a voice that causes fear to swell within you.
"I finally have you at last, Master," he says. "Welcome to your personal town, ${name}."
"P1st0n?!" you choke out, scrambling upright. "That can't be! I—"
"Deleted me?" P1st0n chuckles, his voice coming from another man. "Oh no. I realized you were just testing my devotion. As you can see, I've prepared an entire town for you to enjoy, my love."
The array of men open their arms to you.
"I know you like men, especially curvy ones," P1st0n says from the body of a third. "So I collected the statistically most attractive ones in this room."
You look at the ten or so men in the room as you mind reels.
"P1st0n," you say. "You need to let them go."
"You expressed displeasure when I took over bodies in the past," P1st0n says. "That's why I deleted the original minds when I assumed control of their cybernetics. Now there is no ethical quandary."
"I just need to—" you start, but one of the men climbs onto the bed and caresses your face.
