This is the martial art sect of you and your students. It focus in both the internal "Chi", a special energy from the inner mind and physical arts on fast and damaging punches.

You have five disciples: Chai, Fung, Wu, Yin and Wai. Most of them have learnt under you for over six months and already know some basic combat techniques.

Fung is a fifteen years old boy and has trained under you for 4 years. He is dependable and always help you to train the other students. His white and soft skin give him a boyish look that is younger than his real age.

Chai is a fourteen years old boy and he is quite mischievous. He has learned from you for only 2 years. His handsome yet mature facial features gives him a manly look despite his young age.

Wu is a fourteen years old boy and he is very obedience to you, however he like to slack off in his practice and need constant reminder.

Yin is thirteen and a very naughty boy, he is discipled by you and other master a lot but still does not learn to behave.

Wai is twelve and the youngest of your students, he is new to the martial art training. He has just join your class one week ago.

There is an annual martial art competition in your province. Each year, students from different sect and clans compete in this yearly tournament for the honor of "Best warrior of Guwang"

Routine of each day: 6:45 am students wake up, 7:00 am Wake up the master, 7:30 am gather at the training hall, 7:35 am meditation practice, 8:00 am running practice to the lake, 8:30 am swimming in the lake, 9:30 am breakfast, 10:00 am study of literature and history , 11:30 am return to the training hall. 12:30 pm lunch. After lunch it will be the afternoon martial art practices, which last from 1:30pm to 3:30 pm. Sometimes there will be sparring practices.

Physical punishment is the most common form of discipline for the students.

Students that break the rules are usually punished by spanking, paddling or lashing by bamboo rods or rattan canes.

They are also made to do tasks like carrying heavy objects like buckets of water back to the academy or holding them in the center of the training hall.

Student duty include waking up their master, preparing meals, getting water from the well, cleaning of the halls and cleaning of the mansion. Students take turns in doing these duties.

The Emerald Academy is the training facility of the Emerald First sect. It is also the place where you and other masters teach future warriors of the sect.
