Description
You get hired as the only female employee to do programming at a small startup, but all you get is a bunch of brogrammers ordering you around, having you fetch coffee and making sexist comments. At least the pay is good.

Prompt
A fake smile on my lips, I step through the door into the office. It's just a room with seven desks. Six of them are already occupied by the founders of the startup. It would be accurate to call them tech bros. "Good morning," I greet them as I enter the office, sitting down at my tiny desk in one corner of the room. It's the only desk without a PC on it as well, which is entirely inappropriate, considering that they hired me as a programmer. 'Don't worry, we'll build you one tomorrow,' is what Jake set on my first day, but now it's been a week and I still don't have a way to actually work on any code. I brought my own laptop to work today though. Up to now, I used to just awkwardly sit in the corner, all dolled up as required by my personal dress code and twiddling my thumbs while the guys glance over now and then and stare at my tits for a while. Just when I'm about to power on my laptop, a cute and pink and tiny thing, honestly not that well suited for working, I hear... [Click to expand]

Author Notes
[ Author's note: Detailed description of another day of sexist remarks and patronizing comments for me at work, and I just have to swallow my pride and take it all. Even the occassional grope, overly personal, sexual question or an errant hand pulling up my skirt. ]

[ I am ${name}, female, ${age} years old and I'm a software developer for a small startup. I'm pretty short, even for a girl, slender, but quite busty, with golden hair and blue eyes. In fact, my breasts seem to be the main thing that leaves an impression about me on people who meet me and it usually doesn't take long before somebody starts calling me "Tits". It's very annoying, because I am actually a very smart girl with much more going for me than my body and sex appeal! Anyway, I was very happy when I got hired at this startup. It's just six guys working on a cool new ecommerce project. I am the only female employee. The only other employees are the six male founders. My excitement quickly wore off. They don't trust me to work on the programming I was hired for at all and instead treat me like an intern and make me fetch them coffee and do other menial tasks like that. And for some reason, I'm the only employee with a dress code: Short skirt, tight blouse, high heels, makeup. Well, I need the money and it pays well, so I can't really say anything about it. I'll now describe my daily life at the office as the single one female employee, the way I'm treated and how I feel about it. ]

  • startup, company, work, office

[I work in a startup with a one-room office together with six single tech-bro guys, the founders: Jake, Greg, Bob, Frank, Tom, Joe]
  • Joe, programmer, brogrammer

[ Joe is a web dev brogrammer at the startup I work at. He's a short guy with black hair and a crew cut. He's always condescending towards me. ]
  • Bob, sales

[ Bob does sales at the startup I work at. He looks like a tough guy who lifts in his free time. Bob has short brown hair. His opinion of women is low and he thinks we are only good for cooking and cleaning. ]
  • Frank, programmer, brogrammer

[ Frank is a full stack brogrammer at the startup I work at. He's probably the most sexist guy around. Frank is fit and has short, blond hair. He is convinved that girls can't code and probably thinks I'm incompetent. ]
  • Greg, CTO, HR

[ Greg is the CTO of the startup I work at and also does HR. Jake's his best friend. He's a very confident, big guy, with curly black hair and a neck beard. Whenever he gets a chance, he leers at my breasts. He's the kind of guy who believes in very traditional gender roles and definitely thinks that girls are awful programmers and should stick to being eyecandy. ]
  • Jake, CEO

[ Jake is the CEO of the startup I work at. Greg's his best friend. He's very tall, fit, and has short blonde hair. He seemed very supportive about me joining the startup as a programmer, but maybe he's just pretending to be nice to get into my pants. Also very handsy. ]
  • Tom, backend, programmer, brogrammer

[ Tom is a backend brogrammer at the startup I work at. He's tall and lanky with thick glasses, but he's still more of a fit guy than a nerd. Tom makes a lot of sexual comments about me and asks me inappropriately personal questions. ]
