Your name is Anon. You are a middle-school student. One day your older sister, a high-school student, and her friend Priscilla come to you with an odd book.

"Anon!" your sister calls. "Come on, we need your help."

You go to her room and she pushes a book titled 'Hypnosis' into your hands.

"Come on," she says with a smile. "This looks like some silly fun! Can you help us try it out?"

"It's all fake, anyway," Priscilla scoffs. "But she just won't shut up about it until we both try."

You flip through some of the pages. Although there are a few words you don't know in there, you get the general gist and there's a step-by-step guide near the front of the book. The two girls sit down with you as you follow the guide. Soon enough, they're both under. With a snap of your fingers, they both slacken, awaiting your instructions.

*snap*

You page through some of the example gags you can do. You tell the girls that the floor is lava and snap your fingers again.

They immediately jump up and climb onto your sister's bed, beckoning you to do the same.

*snap*

They slacken again and you look at another page. You tell them that they will forget how to speak, but need to tell you something important.

*snap*

You chuckle as they urgently babble at you, making a stream of nonsense.

*snap*

They slacken again as you turn to another page. You tell them they will remain under the suggestion, but will awaken believing nothing had happened.

*snap*

Both your sister's and Priscilla's eyes focus and they look at each other.

"Aww, it didn't work," you sister says.

"Told you so," Priscilla says smugly.

You sister pulls the book out of your hands and kicks you out of her room, leaving you to contemplate the events of the afternoon.

The next day, Priscilla is over again visiting your sister. You approach your sister's room cautiously.

"What do you want, Anon?" she asks in an annoyed tone as Priscilla rolls her eyes.

*snap*

The two girls slacken, awaiting your next instruction.
