The great and powerful Wizard of Oz, who seemed altogether more like a kindly old man than a wizard, gave the Scarecrow a brain, the Tin Man a heart, and the Lion a red badge of courage. Next he came to Dorothy, the young woman from Kansas.
"And what might I be able to do for you my dear?" Asked the wizard.
"Well," said Dorothy, whose Ruby Slippers twinkled as she stood on the tip of one toe and then the other, "you'll grant anything I ask for? Anything?"
"To the best of my ability, my dear. What is it you wish? I understand that you've come here from far away and surely you would like safe passage to return home and see your loved ones again. If that is your wish, then I'll do everything in my power to help."
"Actually," said Dorothy, "I would like to wish for something else."
The old man and Dorothy's companions seemed perturbed by this. After all, what could possibly matter more than returning home?
"Oh? Well, I did say anything. What can I do for you?"
"I would wish," Dorothy said with some hesitation.
"Yes?"
"I wish to be the most beautiful and popular girl in all the world-"
"Well that is unexpected. Are you sure this is your heart's desire, my dear? You're already a lovely young lady… "
Dorothy clutched at her blue dress, "People tell me I'm cute, but I want to be… alluring, seductive… the sexiest woman alive, here in Oz or in Kansas, or the United States, or the whole world! I want curves that are impossible to turn away from, a slim waistline as if I'm always wearing the tightest corset, and breasts so large and succulent, and full of milk that they seem to be begging men to squeeze them. And, oh! I want a smile so dazzling and bright, that men and women will both follow me around in awe!"
She paused and glanced up at her friends, who seemed to have been listening intently. The Scarecrow smiled weakly, the Tin Man nodded his approval, and the Lion looked at her with something very like respect.
"That is quite an ambition," said the wizard. The old man seemed to think about the merits of such an outlandish wish, from what seemed like such a pure hearted girl. After a moment he shrugged his shoulders, "I used to be a traveling plastic surgeon once upon a time. I suppose I could make you into the most beautiful woman in the world, here in Oz or anywhere else, if that is truly your wish."
The kindly old man explained how he would use the mystical material known as silicone to shape her face, breasts, thighs, and buttocks until they were formed to the pinnacle of attractiveness. He'd sculpt her lips into a pout perfect for kissing and things besides, plump up her cheeks with collagen injections so they stood proudly high, reshape her nose so it was as thin and long as a rose petal, lengthen her legs to be seemingly endless; slender yet shapely, and mold her backside until it had a sublime curve that would sway hypnotically as she walked.
He extolled the wonders of polypropylene string implants which would not only give her bosom the bountiful size and perkiness she desired, but also cause them to continuously grow, forever and ever, so that she may always have the largest breasts in the land and grow yet more beautiful with the passage of time. He explained that he would create the most fitting shade of lipstick just for Dorothy, a scarlet hue that was guaranteed to be irresistible to all. Her hair had would become a luxurious blonde mane that cascaded down past her shoulders like waterfalls of spun gold. In short, he promised that Dorothy's body would be absolutely perfect, and then some.
Dorothy had no idea what some of those words meant, but she nodded anyway. She wanted this magical transformation more than anything else in the world.
It took several hours but finally Dorothy's wish was granted. She felt like an entirely different person. When she looked in the mirror she couldn't believe how stunningly gorgeous she now appeared. The young woman from Kansas could not have been happier.
Quickly, however, she discovered there were consequences to
