The story follows his journey through the forested mountainside and up the steep incline towards the mountaintop where Kimiko, the nine-tailed Kitsune, is said to reside. Along the way, he faces trials and tribulations that test his resolve and push him to his limits. But his determination and the hope of gaining Kimiko's wisdom keep him going. But can he make it to the top?
